I use the ab chair but the best machine I've used is the Chuck Norris Total Gym. That shit is addicting and you can feel the burn within minutes. Got yolked the fuck up within a week or two of first use.

Pretty sure everything you just mentioned qualifies as "equipment". Great job.

Only during other things. Like push-ups while waiting for something to microwave, or doing lunges when walking around my house. I have a chin-up bar, so I do those whenever I pass it.

My brother wrote a weekly workout routine, been meaning to start it seriously. It's an intense workout plan meant for overall fitness. I do it every so often. I can send it to you or post it of you want.

I'll post here so it's open to scrutiny.

Alternate the days, adding rest days if you want, but you shouldn't have to because they target different regions. Also, I was told that the order is important.

amap: as much as possible, or until failure.
SS: Superset (alternate between the two)
BSC: Bruce Lee Conditioning (Start at 10 reps, then 9, 8, and so on down to 1 rep, then back up to 10)
-For this you don't need to start at 10, amount of reps should suit your fitness level.

    Day 1
    1: Chin-ups, amap, 2 sets
    2: Push-Ups / Sit-Ups, SS, BSC
    1: Chin-ups, amap, 3 sets
    2: Push-Ups / Sit-Ups, SS, BSC

Not sure about an alternative to Chin-ups, but maybe you should get a bar. Chin-ups are fun. Chest-ups are better.

    Day 2
1: Single Leg Squat (amap, each leg) / Triple Plank (each side 2x), SS, 4 sets
2: Burpees for 1 min (2min rest between sets), 3 sets
3: Bicycle Crunches (90% failure. First set hold each crunch 2 seconds), 3 sets

If your ceiling is low enough, when doing the jump part of the burpee, push off of the ceiling.

Yeah, it's actually part of a yoga program. But like a totally manly yoga program.

While I do use equipment as part of my workout, my routine includes exercises independent of them as well.

I swear by the routines in the 'six pack short cut' series, as well as others, and mix them up/combine them to constantly change up my workout. Great results, and easy to do because the routines begin at 3 minutes and increase, so you can easily fit them in any time during the day.
