    My first day counting proteins and I hit 223 grams.

    Bowl of Cereal w/ Milk.
    3 Peanut Butter Sandwiches.
    3 Packs of Oatmeal.
    Egg whites w/ Colby Jack Cheese on French Bread.
    2 Grilled Chicken Burritos w/ Mozzarella Cheese on wheat tortilla shells.
    2 Glasses of Milk.
    2 XXL Steak Burritos from Taco Bell.

    I've been counting calories but not protein. I'm in-taking about 3500-4000 calories a day.

    Only got 151 grams today. Slippin' but I been off from the gym for 2 days and got 200 + for the last 3 days. It's hard to eat that much. :(

    200 grams of protein on the dot again today. Back on track.

    Hitting that 325 on the bench motivated me to stay on course even if it's difficult.
