Did you know that both sides of aluminum foil cook food the same?

    the manufacturer says they cook the same.


    all the studies i read said the same thing.

    It cooks the same, but one side cooks onto your food, so telling people:
    is wrong, unless you stipulate every time that it's just cooking that makes no difference, but it's still better to use the matte side because of the non-stick.

    You see that right, how your advice could be ruining peoples' cooking?

    the dull side is only non stick on special more expensive "non stick" foil wrap thats specially labeled as such. Most people just have regular foil wrap.
