How the fuck did solomon sound stupid? He absolutely beasted...almost no filler, great flow and delivery, and his punchlines were rutheless. You are the one who sounds stupid

*Bets D-Lor quotes this with the "this user is on your ignore this" to sound original lol....but he has no idea that i'm calling it out beforehand because he can't see it...lol

    Yeah, Alright.

That statement isnt 100% true. Should a battle verse contain a certain level of relevance to his or her opponent, sure. But does it have to in order to win? Most likely not.

And I didnt notice that somebody was making that argument, I retract my statement.

    Again, I reiterate.

Give me one example of a rapper who won by consensus that didn't spit ONE personal line.

As I recall....Busy Bee won this shit.

Edit: Let me just say...Roxanne won in my opinion, before another argument pops off.

^lol Ok within the past decade.

And don't include battles where neither rapper went personal.

    I know someone's gonna bring up Nems v O-Solo, but I don't think that's consensus at all.

I know a lot of cats that think Nems won...

yo thanks for bringing this up maple. I was thinkin about this just the other day, and I honestly think flamez got him. Solomon had alot of shitty rhymes but i felt that Flamez's was spitting some fucking ether and was consistant as fuck

Before I scortch his soul, ask him how it feel to still have a breath in his body before the coffin close

Ya'll posted videos of neither rapper using personals.

Show me two legitimate competitors, one using personals, one that didn't at all, where the latter won...

I guess I just don't think that Flamez' "rapping" was extraordinary in this battle. His flow was nice, and the shit he was saying was dope (I'll admit, I don't remember that being the case when I first saw this years ago).

But other things like his presence and projection were very poor imo (he also didn't really switch up his schemes as often as I'd like to see) He certainly had points when he picked up the projection but not all that often. As someone who projects VERY well I figured you'd be more of a critic of someone else not doing it very well.

(that last sentence isn't a diss, btw. I actually mean that I just assumed that someone who is really good at a particular thing, would be more of a stickler about someone who clearly isn't)
