Peace in the Middle East...has everyone finally given up on that fantastical concept yet?
The problem is there is no peace even amongst arabs/kurds/persians/etc
Basically what you have in the region is a bunch of pseudo-nations with borders drawn up by the western powers after the break up of the Ottoman Empire. Instead of solidarity, you have hostile sects/clans/ethnic groups bumping elbows and western-backed regimes maintaining some illusion of order.
Clusterfuckery by design.
Speaking of no peace amongst arabs...
The most fascinating thing to me about Syria is not only is it a proxy war against Iran but there's also something of a cold war going on between Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Qatar wants to push an oil pipeline through Syria and are banking on setting up a Muslim Brotherhood regime in Syria.
I think the Morsi coup was a Saudi orchestrated cockblocking of Qatar.
personally i think the military regime in egypt never truly relinquished power to begin with. they sacrificed their figurehead mubarak, that was all. the government in egypt has been at odds with the islamists (muslim brotherhood & friends) for decades. as soon as morsi tried to consolidate power for the brotherhood, the regime let the transparently thin veil of democracy down.
intel, donations, and more intel.
my mate's cousins went to syria, 3 out of 5 are already dead.
so i see it as a burden upon them if you enter syria without any skills with weaponry.
a win for israel, yes.
for the world? highly doubt it.
secularize? bullshit, you're preaching democracy the same way they preach shariah law.
you get pissed at muslims entering the west and wanting sharia, you don't think they'd react to democracy?
and to blame a single book for this is utter bullshit and tells me you have no grasp on what's going on.
yeah, but you know nothing about the situation except for what cnn tells you.
what you think will give peace to the middle east holds no weight, stick to wrestling my little nigga.
it will happen, it has to happen.
this pretty much sums it.
saudi princes are royally fucked in the head.
they need to stop licking the boots of america and stand up for their own people.
watching cnn today and listening to Kerrys lil speach and a couple senators...
"Protect our security, protect our values"
seein the screamin lady get tossed
and they keep mentioning N korea, and Iran
forgot to mention Ron Paul didnt seem like a lizard
Ron Paul is 100% man.
flipped out a slut on twitter saying "we shouldn't go to war, we can't afford it".
told the bitch that's the worst reason not to go to a war, to save money? so lives hold no cost?
then deleted it because i didn't want to be "that guy who argues with randoms on twitter", it's tiresome.
Thats how most yanks think, they have no sympathy.
she responded to my tweet with "i didn't mean afford it financial wise, i meant we can't afford to kill more people".
i called bullshit on that, she back tracking like the whore she is.
Yea, she probably meant bullets are expensive.
so what i dont understand is why do you think the gov would use chemical weapons when they were under the worlds microscope already? It just seems like a ballsy thing to do that doesnt make sense to me when everyone was watching, regardless of what happens military or not that government is fucked after that, its like a lose-lose for the higher ups. Also, is Russia's stance that they will hop on board if they get the evidence? well Kerry said they had without a doubt evidence and intelligence didnt he? so why hasnt Russia hopped on board yet did they not get the evidence to review yet?
reports came a day later where the FSA claimed responsibility of the chemical weapon spills.
they "accidentally" dropped it while trying to hide them, coincidentally on the same day as the inspectors' visit.
don't think russia would intervene, unless they want to help assad.
iran, russia and china are the only three major countries who have fully backed assad's regime.
assad is shit, granted - but there's nobody else out there in syria who is stable enough to take his position.
arent you the one always crying about us going to war and killing people? make up your mind, fuckwad.
The man who put chemical weapons in the hands of terrorists.
^ if there's a hell, i hope he burns with the worst of them.
but he's not backtracking on what he's said previously with that statement though.
why do you say "us" as if your opinions are even considered by obama and his government?
Separate names with a comma.
