not bad ML you are pretty big, I'd say start some cardio though, just to enhance the physique. I don't like bulking and cutting off and on Ive done it, and it takes too much time, I just eat clean, and exercise daily, results will come. right now I'm 5'10" 220lbs benching 325, and squating 405. I run 5 miles about 2-3 times a week, and march with a 37 kg rucksack every other day. Im going overseas in feb.

its only relevant if you need it for a specific purpose, otherwise you become inflexible and cumbersome

It wasn't really intentional, Ive always trained rather heavy with weights, and Ive always been muscular as a kid, military keeps me in the gym plus I used to box alot so I've always wanted the power Im going to cut up even more though.. after this tour I'll start training for the SF unit and I'll want to be alot more nimble.. all good though.. for standard army fitness, right now Im killing everything they throw at me for PT.

i have the same deal.... some people have trouble putting muscle on and my mesomorph body has a really hard time taking muscle off my frame... im a big dude 6'1 235 but id like to take off about 20 in muscle and be closer to 215
cardio and less heavy weights i guess...i dont have a reason to be big anymore, the chicks are already impressed and i dont play competitive sports anymore
