why is this a shock to people? Eminem in his prime was the God MC.. about as perfect as you can get.

Yeah but he was better on other albums than he was on Devil's Night.

And my niggas D-Twizzy used to get grimey, Twamp. Last evidence.

And word at Stans though. Notice how Eminem doesn't have one verse and the video is called "Eminem - Hailie's Revenge (Ja Rule Diss)" lol

I love when we reminisce about Eminem's old days.

Big fan of Obie. His style is pretty unique (rhyme patterns, flow). Funny as fuck too.

Anyone heard his latest album? Went straight under the radar but I think I'll cop it.

For 1 thing it's not a solo album so Eminem didn't have to sustain anything on that album as much as those other guys did. What did he have, 10 verses on the whole album?

regardless of how many verses are on Devils night, my point is Eminem in his prime is better than any other rapper in their prime.

I'm not saying other tracks aren't as good ~ there's plenty of good songs on there, just that fight music kind of remains unparalleled to me.

This album still gets good play from me like 12 years later, thats classic to me. I think em was always at his best when doing tracks with other people and his prime was mmlp, devils night and 8mil which were all within a year or 2.

Its one of my favourite ever albums, its put together so nice and its unique.

Swifty, proof and em were dope, kuniva and kon artists still had some nice verses and never spat bad verses, they just werent top class mcs. The albums wouldnt be the same without bizzy so i cant hate on him.

d12 world was actually really good aswell, go back and have a listen tbh.
