Am I the only fan of his here?

My loved for kickboxing renders me a bit biased, but he's one of my current favs.

if you're unfamiliar, here are some of his fights:

    vs. Mike altman

    vs. Brian Warren

    vs. Tony Frykland

    vs. Frank Shamrock

I like him. Guy is different with a pretty unique style with those unconventional kicks.

Guys like him and Machida keep shit fresh.

    lol@ machida keeping shit fresh

watching machida will put you to sleep

he is tactful and cunning, but its like watching chess

no excitement in his fights at all- thats why he hasnt had a title shot yet, dana cant market boring

but as far as cung goes, i wish he would have been in the game earlier, he probably has about 3-4 good years left in him

he is exciting , quick, powerful and hard to get your hands on.... along with maybe kid and sudo , maybe one of my fave little asian guys to watch.... really good sprawl and is wily in terms of not being able to manhandle him , throw him, hold him down.... ask frank shammy

when someone like lawler gets a hold of him, it could be over for him.... i think frank wanted to test himself and make an exciting fight ...meanwhile frykland, altman and warren are nobdies

fun to watch though he is

Machida's willingness to be boring is his strenghth.

A lot of fights would be different if the fighters weren't trying to keep things going for the fans.

Imagine no time limits and no boos...

oh i dont disagree with you like i said he is tactful and effective

that doesnt make hi exciting or means the fans enjoy watching 15 minutes of circling, counter striking, LnP'ing and all that shit

dudes good but i think unless he beats EVERYBODY in the LHW contendership in the ufc dana will NEVER give him a chance just because boring isnt marketable in mma

The Tito fight was pretty boring. But some may call that "running away".

Looked like good defense to me. His style is different, is what I mean. I find him entertaining to watch.

    tito made that fight boring......

I don't see Cung Lee doing much if he's taken down.......I saw the end of the fight with shamrock...i think i remember he just kept it standing.....

People were talking bout him vs Silva......i don't know about that......

dude is dope though....and exiting fighter......but i don't know why cats don't shoot when he throws a kick

Kung Fu Cinema confirms Cung Le will co-star in the live-action Tekken film, based upon the popular martial arts fighting game, as Marshall Law. The movie has already completed filming, and is set to be released in 2009.
