    Rich Harden Vs. Sean Marshall

Marshall pitched 4 innings no-hit, followed by 4 more innings no-hit by the phenom Cubs fans have been waiting for for almost 5 years, Angel Guzman, followed by 1 more inning of no-hit by another Cub pitcher...

And it had to go into extra-innings. Cubs had bases-loaded with 1 out in the bottom of the 9th and couldn't capitalize.

Same ol song with these fucks! Not clutch at all!

No-hit was lost in the top of the 10th.

    Oh well.

You'll owe me 50 bucks @ the end of the year. That's all that matters.

lol please. All they gotta do is hover around .500 through mid-may, I'm sure he's back by then. Hell Cubs gotta do the same w/o Prior and Wood again and I'm fairly positive they will.

BTW, Oakland had all their big bats on the field today, including Chavez, Bradley, Kendall, etc...
    ---------------------------------
With two out in the Oakland 10th, Johnson singled to center off Chicago lefty John Koronka for the first and only hit for the A's in the game.

"Thank God," Johnson said. "As competitive as we are, we wanted to get on the board. We were getting mad."

Cuz when he's healthy he produces great #'s... especially OPS, which Beane is in love with.
