    Anyone else into crossfit...I first fucked around with it about 2 years ago but in the last 3 months its all ive been doing at the gym. Strength and endurance has improved a LOT.

    It's cool, however, burning out all at once, won't get you much strength or hypertrophy gain, except for beginners. The maximum time you can recruit all muscles is around 15 seconds. Not that sets that take longer are bad, but sets that take a lot longer aren't going to get much strength or hypertrophy.

    I dunno man, I still think crossfit is the best program for building strength and endurance... watch the crossfit games here live.crossfit.com if you dont know anything about crossfit

    crossfit the workout gyms? where they tell you to do shit for reps, or for weight, and just let you work on your own with no real motivation if you don't have it?

    can work, but you're better off just doin that shit at a gym. cheaper and more options.
