creatine is a complex of amino acids, basically gives your muscles more fuel. when you do flex your muscle it uses amino acids, so creatine = more muscle energy.
it wont make u bigger but it will allow u to do more reps and slightly more weight.

well good thing we have no olympiads here cause theres not a significant amount of the drugs to trigger any of the benefits those drugs would have in an actual dose.
I take creatine on and off. It helps a bit with recovery in terms of muscle soreness, and it seems to give me a bit more energy if I take it right before a workout.
Just make sure you drink plenty of water if you decide to take it. And mix it in with warm water to solute it. This will help with the digestion process.
