    Creatine helps the body produce a bit more ATP, volumizes muscle cells, and enhance protein synthesis.

    I've been using it, and I recommend it if you're looking for a little boost. Your body creates creatine on its own so it's not bad. you have to find the right brand for you though. I started with NO explode, but that shit's weak, then i got some other brand but it didn't work that great either. The stuff I'm on now has been working real well for me. I just can't find it online I got it at my science nutrition store.

    All it is a type of protein that builds muscle, it's in meat just when you cook red meat it dissolves all the creatine in it... Don't get the old raw shit... get the new shit, you'll know it's new cause it doesn't just say Creatine, it'll say some other shit that makes it sound like a power ranger...

    It is pretty much the only thing in weight lifting PROVEN to help... NO Xplode is for people with too much money who love overpaying for caffeine, you might as well try to find a place still selling ephedrine.

    oh & for the record, it helps menially... meaning it's the least that will improve your results, but it will work... there is nothing better than technique & exorcise to build muscle though.

    Most shit on the market in weight lifting is simply energy drinks we've had them way before they marketed to the fucking teens... working out sucks especially when you are sore from a different muscle group so most the shit they sell is legal speed, except they can't even put good shit in it, they use caffeine, multivitamins, shit you never heard of to distract you, No Xplode recently got busted cause they put PRESCRIPTION heart meds in it to make you feel like you were getting more of a pump... it's fucking insane..

    & you better read this cause I will never type this much again. haha
