I'm kinda new 2 cool edit, and I never seem 2 get a good result every time I record a track this is the format I follow to edit the wave:

    1- Noise Reduction

    2 - Effects - Amplitude - Dynamic Processing... - VocalLimit, -26Thresh, +6dB

3-Effects - Filters - Graphics Equalizer - Vocal Presence (Cut)

    4-Effects - Amplitude - Normalize

5-Effects - Delay Effects - Reverb - Tight and close

Can some1 tell me how I could improve the quality of my recording by changing the above or adding sumthin else 2 the above routine. Also if anyone would like 2 share their steps in creating their music, it would be really helpfull styll.

No matter how much editing u do your shit wont sound good if it picks up things like the humming of equipment or background noise, bad cables. So make sure u have things like a good pre amp, mixer, and sound card.
