I'm having a hard time understanding what it means when everyone says control your syllables and breath...I think this is my major problem cause my flow seems pretty shitty at times...can anyone help me out here?

when peeps say control your syllables, they mean most likely that your squeezing too many words into a bar... so your either rushing your flow to get em all out and stay on beat, or you flowing to far off the beat and sound totally off beat when you start ya next bar...

try ending ya sylables on the same sopt on the beat to start to tighetn up ya flow, then when you can do that without rushing through ya bars, you can work on changing shit up nicely...

    hope this helped
