wow. talk about a turn of events. anything is possible in the salary cap/free agency era. i'm guessing NE's history of getting rid of their key players instead of paying them back fired on them this time...

uh... is the drunken kicker gone?...

Maybe they can fieldgoal teams to death in the playoffs so peyton can't choke his way out anymore.

    Lol...

For 2 years the Pats have been letting all their leadership go, and all the people who busted their ass for that orginization before they were champions.

And instead of rewarding them for their loyalty, the Pats choose to cut ties.

Whose left, from the pre Brady days... Harrison?

It's good to see you admit that you're upset instead of the typical "We don't care, he wasn't shit anyway" Patriot approach.

I know Harrison was originally a Charger.

But he came to NE when Belicheck recruited him.

Vinetari is one of the people who made the Pat's Superbowl runs possible.

I'm sure that instilled some confidence in the guys, that if they could get it into range, Vinnie would seal the deal.

I'm not saying it's uncommon... it's just that Mcginest should have retired a Patriot.

yeh well im the biggest realist-boston fan there is on this forum... and i gotta tell ya.. the whole "In-Belichick-We-Trust" attitude is starting to fade because this unholy, unloyal outcasting of my favorite players is starting to make me very angry.

The Patriots are known as a "field goal dynasty"...

and they just got rid of it.

^^ i agree...damm losing a player would call this much drama

    we still got:

    brady
    branch
    vrabel
    bruschi
    colvin
    seymour
    harrison

you act like we lost tom brady..if we get of rid of him..THEN...i will be pissed...

actually next year...if seymour or branch is gone then i will be pissed...

    cuz there in there prime..

pats are gonna sign paul edginer...and honestly...take out the clutch kicks...vinateri and edginer aint to far cuz edginer has a stronger leg...vinateri had a pretty bad year last year...

vinateri will never be forgetten i'd prefer to take him...but...relax...HES A KICKER

    RIP ADAM
