    I was thinking....

If white people today can say "why should I feel guilty about slavery? it happened 150yrs ago and I never had a slave"

cant Christians say "I never killed anyone in the name of Christianity why should I feel guilty for the Crusades when it happened over 1000yrs ago?"

Don't think I've ever heard people cast guilt on religious people of today for the crusades. I think its generally accepted that it was committed by religious zealots.

these kinds of things have been happening since the dawn of time. it aint like christians are the only ones with an atrocity or two in their past.

but it just shows that morality is indeed subjective. even those who claim to follow an absolute doctrine are subject to cultural context
