i have yet to make a grocery run and i'm trying to make a meal with what i have as of now. if you folks would be so kind as to give me some inspiration, advice, or recipe(s) for the following ingredients:

    red kidney beans
    brown rice
    pineapple slices
    spaghetti
    potatoes
    yellow onions
    sea shell pasta
    fusilli pasta
    tortillas
    sharp cheddar
    monteray jack
    cilantro
    red bell pepper

preferably something quick and easy. i have a few simple ideas up my sleeve but i'd rather switch it up. i have all the necessary spices and such.

Just boil the seashell pasta till it's soft and throw in grated cheese and some milk. It's totally tits. Use both cheeses and make it epic.

peel and boil 4-5 potatoes, after soft, mash them, season them with parsley, oregano, salt pepper, grate some cheese and mix it all in with the potatoes. once mixed, form some patties and get em in a frying pan with about 2 table spoons of olive oil. cook till golden brown.

while you boil your potatoes and you make your patties, put a chicken breast in the oven at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, 20 min per side.

once you chicken is cooked, chop it up in bite size pieces and get it in a pan to medium heat, you dont need a lot of heat, even med low will suffice.

chop up about 1/4 - 1/2 of your red pepper into small 1/8 inch cubes, add in a piece of pineapple mashed, let simmer, and top your potatoe patty with the chicken and pepper pineapple.. eat up.
