We have to play the Giants... and they're desperate for a win for 'feel good' sake... had they beaten the Cowboys, I would feel a little more confident... and we don't handle winning streaks well...

It's hard to tell at this moment.

Three things concern me as we enter the end of the season and approach the playoffs:

    1) Our SECONDARY... our pass rush helped them against Denver, thank god!

    2) Jake's erracticness at times... keeps over/under throwing passes, INT's at CLUTCH moments

    3) Coach Fox's play-calling at times... like why did he have Jake continue to throw the ball in the final minutes of the 4th quarter when we were up like 27-10? He should've pounded the ball. You give Jake too many opportunities and there's an INT everytime.

That's all you're getting for credit, being that i'm a fan of a rival.

Giants, Atlanta, Cowboys and the Saints are all better than the Panthers imo.

Luckily for the Panthers, they get 2 of those teams to close out the season and truly see if they're legit or not.

We'll see about the Giants... but the other 3? You're crazy... where do you come up with this stuff? The Saints will not score a TD when we play them on Week 17.

    Ugh.

I guess Kemoeatu is vital to the success of the defense because they damn sure missed him tonight. Still not terribly worried though.

Unless of course the Saints win next week and the Panthers are on the road first week of the playoffs.

And I was ready to hype up DeAngelo Williams as MVP if we won too. Ugh.

That's not Kasay's fault... blame Smitty for the hold, because the next play woulda been DeAngelo's 5th TD and the game-winner.

Like Prince said, Kasay was right on, but the wind pushed it.

Anyone see what I'm saying about the Panthers "defense" yet?

If Ward was as fast as most nfl linebackers, he could have broken the rushing record. Carolina's defense was too slow for guys like Toomer, Ward, and Boss....

    that'd have me worried.

    Shut the fuck up!

The rushing defense hasn't been a problem until last night when conveniently they were playing without their best run stopping DL. With that said we lost by a TD in overtime to a top 3 team on the road. A loss is a loss is a loss but at the end of the day alot of good can come from a gut wrenching loss like that.

The Titans only put up 4 FG's against the Texans....do you see what I was saying about their one dimensional offense?

As far as Kasay part of being a kicker is taking the wind into account before a kick. Don't make excuses for him he missed a FG that he should've hit. I won't blame the loss on him but he had a chance to win the game and he blew it.

One thing Im really worried about is our Corners are soft as pudding. They gotta fucking start being physical.

Rushing defense has me a little worried but hopefully we got enough looks at what we may be facing in the playoffs.

I've been screaming on the corners all season... fuckin' Lucas is worthless now... he used to be the man... it's like they're all afraid of pass break-ups or INTs... I seen about two catches on I believe Harris or Gamble where he let the receviers catch the ball right in front of him.

I hear ya... but that wind was wicked... I still say Steve deserves more of the blame... we had it right there on the goal line and our goal line O is awesome.

The muffed punt was a killer too. Marshal makes a smart play knocking R.W. McQuarters (greatest name in sports) on his ass to allow someone else to make the recovery but it happens to fall right into McQuarters lap on the bounce.

Bright side however still is, we know we can beat the Giants at their place. We just need that first round bye and home playoff game.
