    started Advocare 24 day challenge
    I've lost 15 1/2 pounds and I've still got a week to go
    Been doing cardio at home when I can

    I like it.... it's reprogrammed my body.... I crave healthy food

    good to hear. people harp on how expensive and bland healthy food is, but that's bullshit. your choices are limitless and you get a full meal for cheaper in the long run.

    there's so many alternatives and sometimes it's even cheaper

    sirloin instead of ribeye.... less fat and cheaper
    fast food is easier but a fortune in the long run

    you're right about limitless options.... there's tons of sites you can go to that will teach you how to make healthy alternatives to the shit we eat

    just substituting turkey for beef changes everything. turkey sausage, turkey bacon, ground turkey.

    eating portions instead of pigging out. shit is such a better lifestyle than fast food.

    I once mixed Advocare with The Paleo Diet for a semi-private group of my clients. All 5 of the women lost weight, toned up and actually got back to their HS sizes before their HS 20 year reunion. People thought they were their HS daughters' OLDER HOTTER COLLEGE SISTER, lolol.
