Uh no fruit has tons of calories.
I wouldn't think so... people forget that fruit has SUGAR. Sugar is not the best thing to consume during weight loss. Insulin spikes, fat storage and such. But a couple wouldn't hurt.
get yeh self some green food as snacks tho
Your best bet is high water content veggies like cucumber, celery etc
