^ hahah dude made a workout out of his weight stand thats dope.
imma try this.
thats the type of body id want lean and powerful hard muscles not soft.
man im impressed with the dudes strength it will take a while he used the THUG WORKOUT routines...but it seems to be working well for him.
It helps you build strong tendons and ligaments which is good for jiu jitsu.

man i tried that to day and i was yelling and fell hahah i couldnt even move side to side without feeling pain.
this kid was doing it like it was nothing.
