I admit im a pretty skinny mothafucka, so my goal right now is to just gain muscle mass and get bigger. What am I supposed to do? I've been hearing I should try to lift as much as I can with fewer reps...but how many reps? Like 3 sets of 10? 2 sets of 5? Holla @ me. Also, I noticed most of yall split up which muscles you work. However, I aint got much time for the gym. In addition, I only really want to work a few muscles and the gym I go to dont got too many machines. Does it really take that much away from my gains if I do all my muscles in one day? I still feel like I'm getting a good workout. Thanks for the info.
