I heard you cant workout a muscle if you have a bruise on it...
someone please clarify.
If the bruise is deep enough, it'll hurt alot to flex/use it. It's usually a bruise on the bicept or legs, if it doesn't hurt to flex just ignore it.
u can still work out if u have a bruised ego, just dont forget to stretch
