thinking with my penis, it shouldnt be legal. that would take away from it being special when you get a girl to take her shit off.

but thinking with my head, if we are a country about real freedom, it should be legal. its nothing but something cultural.

it is a cultural thing, which is why the laws are what they are..

i strongly disagree with the law that a woman cant let her breasts be seen through the windows of her home. thats ridiculous. its her home, if theres any offense, isnt it the fault of the person looking in the window?

i remember the gallery fiasco. you were making the argument that the INTENT of the picture is more important than the actual amount of nudity. i agree with that.. but for the sake of order, the gallery simply doesnt allow certain things to be exposed in deeplinked pics.

its easier for the rule to be against nips/dick/pussy etc where that would cover all the stuff we dont want.. rather than try to draw distinctions between the intent of the picture, which would cause alot of confusion with the rules.

the media portrayal of women these days is a direct consequence of the ruthless female sexual liberation, so thank feminism that women are being portrayed as objects more than ever

You know, you really shouldn't respond to a thread when you don't know what the thread was saying. The thread was about how it is illegal for women to bare their breasts in public in a non-sexual way yet the media portrays them as sexual "objects" and that is considered alright. And stop pushing your anti-feminist propaganda. Feminists had nothing to do with the way the media is portraying women today. There are no women running the porn industry. The most they can hope for is to be one of the stars. Hefner is a billionaire and all he did was show women's tits.

^Actually Anida, there are quite a few female porn operators and producers. Also, Heffner's empire is ran by his wife and daughter. He just lays back and collect the dough.
