Bomb ass Baked Chicken Cacciatore Recipe (Bodybuilding Style)

    and let me tell you. It's GOOD.

    I just made this with 7 4oz. breasts and adjusted the ingredients to match.

    BAKED CHICKEN CACCIATORE

    Ingredients


    MAKES 4 SERVINGS
    >> 1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut in bite-size chunks
    >> 1 cup chopped onion
    >> 4 cloves garlic, minced
    >> 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
    >> 1 tsp. oregano
    >> 1 tsp. basil
    >> 2 cups tomato puree

    Directions


    PREPARE: Place chicken pieces in a lightly oiled baking pan.

    START: Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, then add onion and garlic, stirring to combine. Bake 15 minutes more. Mix in canned crushed tomatoes, oregano and basil, then turn chicken pieces. Cover with tomato purÈe and return pan to oven.

    COOK: Bake an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    I didn't have the crushed tomatos or want to fuck with puree, so I used two cans of diced tomatoes. Also, I used garlic powder instead of garlic cloves.

    And it came out great. So if you made it exact, it will probably be even better.

    i just tried it. Its pretty good. I used the crushed tomatoes and the puree. I dont think there's a difference between them. they both taste exactly the same.

    Nice, yeah it's not bad. Here another I like a lot, something else you can try:


    Baked Chicken w/ Brown Rice

    4-5 chicken breasts
    1 cup brown rice
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can mushrooms
    paprika
    black pepper

    Prepare the rice first, then place the rice into a baking pan (14 x 9) or whatever they are. Add the cream of chicken and mushrooms and mix it up, spread it evenly in the pan. Put the breasts on top. Add black pepper and paprika all over the top. Bake for 45 mins at 375 degrees.

    Simple and lasts for multiple meals.
