why not, thats one of the best compariosons u could make.

too big rappers, who, pardon the pun, were notorious for their super lyrical styles.

both had a great, critically acclaimed debut album.

relased a second one,but died in the process.

both drop one last album after passing.

they are great, people say big's king of ny but i think pun is. he's probally the sickest lyricist there was.

I give the edge to Pun personally. He's the type of rapper that could spit battle verses, club hits, gangsta shit, plus bilingual. Plus for such a fat dude he had such a tight delivery (same with Big, I mean Pun breathes real hard but he still delivered lines real quick, he could easily have spit all slow and shit but he put effort to sound dope). I mean I would normally expect a rapper of his size to rap like Mase/Camron or some shit (pausing between bars n shit).

When he first came out I think the main reason that pun didnt get the props he deserved was because not everybody was feeling the whole latino rapper thing at first... but once they discovered that the dude was one of the illest to ever touch the mic, shit changed

Why did he have to die... damn you pun!! lol just joking
