Best Pre-Amp for $300..

Yo, whats the best Mic-Pre I can get for the $300-$350 price range. I have an audio technica 3035 and I want to get the most out of it.

Darn, I just got a Behringer Ultragain pre-amp last week and its a piece of CRAP!! The little ARt pre that I have payed $60 for performed better. I'd appreciate if ya'll could let me know about what pre-amp to get because I know that the pre's are SOOOOOO important!!!
