u dont need to clear a sample
    never. ever.

the contract should read something like

Your Full Name Aka Your Producer Name Here After Referred To As The Writer Is Selling The Limited License To The Instrumental ____________"Title Here"

The Amount Of $_______ (Price) Has Been Paid To The Writer

The Buyer Is Allowed To Use Said Instrumental For 1 Release/Compliation

Buyer Is Not Allowed To Perform Using This Instrumental Or To Use This Instrumental For More Than 1 Release/Compilation

    The Writer __________________ (Signature)

    The Buyer __________________ (Signature)

    Date_________

jus some shit i made off the top of my head
if u sell him exclusive rights meaning its still YOUR beat. but he can use it for albums/mixtapes/shows/tv/radio
then jus remove that part about only using it once.

i wouldn't put anything in there about them having to clear the sample....the law already requires them to do so. however i would include what the actual sample is somewhere in there (i.e. "contains a sample from Marvin Gaye - 'Distant Lover') and include the record and record label if you can
