you asked me if i was white and that if i wasn't i was a minority.
maybe players in the NBA should dress up like Super Heroes to make it more entertaining huh?!!
whatever picture you used, i can't see it, but yes. having players dress up in costumes would make it more entertaining.
FINALLY, someone american who agrees that baseball sucks balls, literally.
it's the most boring major sport i've seen, tour de france is more interesting than this shit.
but then having said that, i enjoy watching cricket, especially the ashes test matches, sooooo.
basketball used to be amazing, but even now, even the playoffs, i could only watch the 4th quarter.
always found the first 3 quarters are just a massive waste of my time, and is foreplay for the sex in the 4th, fuck foreplay.
pretty much the last 3-5 minutes are the only minutes worth watching in basketball, if you're gonna watch it at all.
The entire beginning game is what leads to the final quarter or minutes.

as is with every fucking sport in the world, genius.
i'm saying the first three quarters are a waste of time, why watch when everything happens in the fourth?
fuck having to watch the coaches call time out 89 times in 4 seconds.
you're a fake b-ball player. don't ever talk about hoopin' again.
nawww, took offence because i took shots (no pun) at nba?
what does watching nba games have to do with being a genuine baller?
how the fuck can you enjoy and play the sport yet hate the NBA?! if it was college ball i'd understand but u niggas graspin' for straws. out of curiosity, when WAS it entertaining to you, if at any time?
Same as rap; when I didn't know any better.
that statement is so vague it's silly.
what sports DO you find entertaining, Zyclon? i'm curious.
To watch on tv? Mma, soccer kind of, football kind of.
Everything else has to be played or live to be remotely interesting, and even then it's a stretch.
so you actually think soccer is more entertaining than basketball?
i'm out of here.
again, constant movement does not translate to entertainment.
and you can't talk about flopping, because basketball had to start fining these pussies for flopping every two seconds..
you call it constant movement? isn't that what damn near everything is?
what about crossovers, rebounds, steals, jumpers, behind the back, alley-oops, jumpers, 3 pointers, backboard shots, no looks, ball movement, fast breaks, gunners, etc.?!
the NBA has some of the most animated characters ever where majority of soccer players and/ or football players all pretty much look and act alike.
and fuck floppers, i can't stand that shit.
when was the last time anyone got excited over a shot that went in off the backboard?
allen iverson is gone. crossovers had their time and are not exciting. who cares about rebounds, steals, jumpers, behind the back, alley-oops, 3pointers, ball movement, fast breaks or gunners? no look passes are arguably the only thing that may be entertainment in basketball. everything else is fundamentals and yawn.
i mean, if that's your argument, i can do that with any sport:
football: what about long runs, short runs, jukes, jump balls, 2 minute drills, laterals, special team returns, trick plays, hail mary's, play action, fumbles, hard hits, interceptions, onside kicks, 60yd field goals, etc.?
soccer: what about passes, fast breaks, footwork, curving shots, penalty shots, jukes, precision passing across the field, goalie kicks, saves, teamwork, steals, slide tackles, headers, etc?
basketball > football > soccer
also wasn't aware there was a "time" for crossovers.
well, i just did, what does me enjoy playing a sport have anything to do with not wasting time watching it?
i really enjoyed watching nba highlights when i was younger and there were less trades going on. nowadays, every fucking year a star player is traded, i'm talking about back in the bulls circa. i am not from america, so i don't have a specific area loyalty, i used to hold loyal to the players. philly was my team. but then allen gets traded, fucked me up.
it's not directly an attack on the nba, it's me not wanting to waste time with 3 quarters. when i can watch the final quarter where everything happens, and get the result. i do enjoy watching the all-star games though because crazy shit always happens.
why do you take offense at this stance of mine? i don't understand your stance.
everybody has an opinion and a preference on what they like, sports is not an exception.
for me, this is the list (watching): football (soccer) > cricket (because of pakistan) > basketball (4th q).
as for playing: basketball > cricket > football (soccer), this is last because i am shit at it.
