Do all asians have this bad genetics?
After 4 months of training and he said he took creatine too.
I'm not impressed, but at least he's making some progress. I think his hair grew more than his muscles though.
Look at his wall, dude decorates his room with graphs and charts. He's going to be our boss someday
ya he is making progress but he is probally not upping his meals.
The only really change I see is he has a few more cuts and his chest seems to be the onlly muscles that grew signifcantly.

Noob gains is the easier gains your going to have unless you take up steriods or some other hormone fuckers.

In 4 months I gained 25lbs and went from looking like the first picture to being A LOT bigger than he is in the second pic. He might not be going for the same "bulky" look that I am though, he may be trying to stay "cut". If thats the case then he's doing a decent job.

As far as the guy - he looks harder, more cut. No significant gain in size though.
My biceps have grown more in 3 weeks, than his did in 4 months.

my first 4 months was better
he cut/toned up more tho which is blatantly obvious.
but as far as being "big".. no he didn't really accomplish much there.
Had he flexed in the first picture, I doubt we'd see much if any change.
