I agree with Nani (what else is new LOL). Actually the part about not for summer but for life was exactly what I was gonna say. Its not just me tho. I am trying to be a good role modle for the kids especially since the oldest has, what I would consider, an eating dissorder. I have started cooking more and more with health in mind and we are telling them they have to eat it no matter what. Use to make them a sandwich or something if they didn't like it but they were missing out on nutritious food. I also cut serving sizes for all of us and I am cooking less food. If we are still hungry there is always fruit and veggies in the fridge. As the weather warms up we like to go on nature trails and short hikes and that always helps me loose a bit of weight. We went on our first trial of the season yesterday. The girls seemed to like it. I've also lost 12 pounds since they come into our home. So yeah I'm trying to drop a few but not just with summer in mind.
