what method did u use to do it (besides obvious amounts of will power)
How about you follow Nike, Just Do It, and the relay the information back to me. I need to quit too. I can feel the frustration you'll be having when you read this to find out I can't help you.
i know 2 people who smoked an was almost anarexic looking
and now are obease
so my answer was eat alot^
lol its true its all true
It was a task when I stopped, I just quit cold turkey and I'm not going to lie I was almost in tears at times even 3 days later. People say once you get to the 3rd day you have it licked, bullshit. Not too scare you away from doing it, but it took me until the 6th day before I was alright.
I did find that really sour or really hot candy or gum helped, atomic fireballs and crybabies gum. And if you're a drinker don't plan on drinking at least for 1 month after no smoking because the temptation is overwhelming while intoxicated.
I quit for a year and then went through a bunch of shit and stayed overly stressed and started back, it was a slow progress, but I was hooked again within 2 weeks just by having 2 or 3 a day, I thought I would be fine at those numbers but I guess from my previous addiction it was easy to get back on them. I plan on stopping again I just dread going through it again.
Goodluck to you if you try though, shit is just pocket raping you and killing you anyways...
I havent quit, but thinking about everyone who dies from that shit might help out. I still cant drop the habit though...
cold muthafucking turkey....both smokes and the marijuana at the same time.
method? unmatched and unparalleled will power.
Everytime your having a craving for a smoke and you think your going to have one just run head first into a wall & I guarante that when you do this you won't want to have one for awhile & if you get another craving just do it all over again.
lmao^ that shit would work i bet if you followed through with it
i quit for 6 months then i got stressed out about some shit at work and started smoking again. since then i've quit again for good this time. the only problem i have is when i'm driving i'm use to smoking a cigarette so now i just chew gum. they say after a week or two your body no longer craves it but it's a mental thing after then so therefore it has to be will power that allows you to quit in the end.
I quit recently for about 2.5 months...
since I work out it made it easy... I just quit... started running/working out.. and never thought about it.
I started back up about 1-2 months ago, our of pure boredom at work.
it's all mental, if you can break out of 2 weeks, you're in good shape... I'd just take huge deep breaths and be like, shit I don't need a cigg...
Being under-age, and pretty broke stopped me.
