Does your right (or left) hand shake for about an hour after you use that?

I got told it's jarred nerves (which makes sense) and it's because I'm not wrapping up properly. I've tried a few different styles (Mexican, bulldog all that shit) and nothing much happened.

How the fuck is it connected to wraps, if at all?

I used to have a speed bag till I fucked up the platform, I've still got my heavy bag.

Yeah I would say it's the wraps, maybe the nerves between the wrist and hand are affected? I'm not completely sure though I think this used to happen to me occasionally.

yeah. You def. need to wrap.

You need the support in your wrists.

Well, I have a 100lb heavy bag, but I never wrap... Actualy, its been down for 2 months ... been awhile since I used it... but I never had any shakes, you might want to catch a doctor or someshit...

well it could be carpal tunnel syndrome...maybe your on the computer and your wrist is laying on the edge of the table and putting pressure on your wrist and you been doing that for a long time....then you go at the heavybag and thats what could happen...you should get a gel pad for your wrist when you type so you dont lay your wrist in a hard position.

Yeah, I used to rest my wrist on the edge of a table and that made my hand shake quite dramatically for about 20 minutes afterwards. I lay on my bed now when I'm at home, but if I'm at work or college I still end up sitting like that I think.
