(How can anyone with the first letter of their Name tatted within the Superman logo have a fall from grace? Hold up......Wait a second!!!) Melvin Guillard, 29 year old UFC Lightweight, recently took a loss to his third Named opponent in a row (beating Fabrício Camões in-between losses to Jim Miller, Joe Lauzon and most recently Donald "The Cowboy" Cerrone) and now holds a records of 30-11-2-1 (Two no-contests, One draw). Denis Siver and Evan Dunham have been Melvin's only credible KOs to date against top competition, otherwise loosing to Nate Diaz, Rich Clementi and Joe Stevenson before him. The Young-Assassin has talent, but I think Melvin was right, it is time to change that name to the Middle-Aged Assassin, his time in the Lightweight division is done; which isn't good for his body size, as Melvin has fought at Welterweight before (where he obviously wouldn't find much success now with much bigger opponents) and probably couldn't make the cut to 145. Do any of you think Melvin still has the talent to reach the Top of the division in 155? Or is he Wasted Talent?
