Im loving it so far...one of the best looking games Ive ever seen on a console.

The face animations are incredible. Its not the fastest most action packed game ever but I like that for this type of game.

I think this could change interactive games for the better from now on...

Its nice to actually see a game exceed the hype it was getting.

Yeah, I grabbed it on release. It's a nice mix between Heavy Rain and GTA.

Its a very refreshing game, a nice mix of detective work and action shooting/driving.

The new face animation technique they are using is incredible!! I've never seen faces and expressions look and feel so right in game, it helps connect to the characters personalities way better than the shitty dubbing faces of past games.

All in all I think it's a great game that's well worth the purchase.

The detective work and collecting clues seems like it would be cool at first and then become tedious and annoying. Guess it depends how often it makes you look for shit though.

Actually, its perfect for casual gamers.

Hardcore gamers need multiplayer modes, ranking system, custom equips, etc.

Noire is as casual of a game as you're going to get, right now. No pressure to finish. Only a few timed missions. Ability to use intuition, instead of actually reading faces.

Noire was made for people who think they're complicated geniuses - but are actually just cellar dwellars, who couldn't solve a Tuesday crossword.

    tbh.

I'm looking forward to playing this very soon...

I haven't heard shit about the multiplayer system though, how does it work? is it competitive FPS type shit or something unique? or what?

I'm going to wait until it's on sale on Amazon for $30 because there is no point in paying $60 for a game I will only play once.

one of the best games i've ever played

it's funny that people are only considered hardcore gamers if they play COD now lmao

but anyway i'd say this is a game that anybody who enjoys a good story would enjoy, best sense of immersion into a game i've ever experienced.

I wouldn't say it's not for casual gamers, i'd say if your under 25 your prolly gonna be more interested in a shooter than this, unless your an RPG gamer. Take out the chases and shooting sequences i think people who don't play games would enjoy this one.

All I remember about the game is how terrible I am at questioning people. I'm surprised the game just didn't pop up a message that said "Son, you suck!" :) Having said that, and completed the game, I have to say it was one of the best cinematic/gaming experiences I've had in a while.

Before this it was Alan Wake.

I got bored after the 4-5th case. It has nothing to do with being a casual gamer. The reward doesn't outweigh the repetition.

Great idea, but still got that GTA 3 execution.
