    yeah, i love hearing Pac, Biggie, Big L, Big Pun, etc samples on songs.

    was really diggin' that Biggie sample on Jay's new album.

    yeah, l always does it, his voice was made for sampling.

    it seems like mobb deep gets the most sampled in hooks, they just sound gutter.

    i still have to download jay's new album, is it worth it?

    you already know i'm not a huge Jay fan but yeah, this shit is really really good. i was even hatin' on it in the beginning but it's grown on me quite a bit.

    I have that feeling when a lot of dead rappers are sampled, but I feel it more with Pac because he is sampled less than these other cats in hooks. I guess it can said that Pac was more of a verse rapper than a line rapper. With Big, Pun, Big L, etc. I can think of hundreds of great lines and bars that stand out. With Pac, it's less so, but that's because his bars complimented outstanding verses.

    just depends on the song using a dead rapper sample, who, and how well it's done

    i really dug that song on Magna Carta that spliced in all the Biggie samples into the adlibs and dead air... finally brought all his "homage" full circle, to fruition, and did it justice for once
