i always use mucinex and aromatherapy in order to clear sinuses.

ear infections are hard to overcome, but you can always just go to the store and get those little ear basters that parents use for kids and wash your ears out.

.. iono. i'm not an expert but if some symptoms still persist and only pain subsides don't consider it proof you're getting better. my understanding is the less it hurts the more you should worry about infections. that bit of info saved my arm once so consider it. hope ya good lp.

Go to a doctor & get some ear drops. I'm not sure if there's over the counter stuff for the ears, tbh.

Go to the doctor for sure of course, but besides that drink a lot of water and get the right amount of sleep. Water and sleep work wonders on the human body:p

If someone have signs still continue to persist and only discomfort reduces don't consider it evidence you're getting better. my knowing is the less it affects the more you should fear about attacks. that bit of information and facts stored my arm once so consider it.
