First got it when he was six
    Didn't know any tricks
Matter of fact first time he got on it he slipped
    Landed on his hip
    And bust his lip
For a week he had to talk with a lisp
    Like THISSSSS
Now we can end the story right here
But shorty didn't quit there was something in the air
Yea, he said it was something so appealing
    He couldn't fight the feeling
    Something about it
He knew he couldn't doubt it
    Couldn't understand it
Brand it, just the first kickflip he land it
Uh, labeled a misfit, a bandit
    Kakunk Kakunk Kakunk!
His neighbors couldn't stand it so
He was banished to the park
Started in the morning wouldn't stop 'til after dark
Yea, when they said, "It's getting late in here..
...so I'm sorry young man there's no skating here"

all i c is weak lyrics about gay skateboarding from a nerd who has awekward breathing in his tracks...

Now I ain't tryna be the greatest
I used to hate hip-hop... yup, because the women degraded
But Too $hort made me laugh, like a hypocrite I played it
A hypocrite I stated, though I only recited half
Omittin the word "bitch," cursin I wouldn't say it
Me and dog couldn't relate, til a bitch I dated
Forgive my favorite word fer [/B] hers and hers alike
But I learnt it from a song I heard and serta liked
Yeah, for the icin, glamorized drug dealin was appealin
But the block club kept it from in front of our buildin
Gangsta rap-based filmings became the buildin blocks
For children with leakin ceilings catchin drippins with pots
Coupled with compositions from Pac, Nas's "It Was Written"
In the mix with my realities and feelings
Living conditions, religion, ignorant wisdom and artistic vision
I began to jot, tap the world and listen, it drop

Everything bolded rhymes with somethin' else...... You figure it out.....

Drop and jot stems all the way from blocks 'n Pac... That shit is dope rhyme schemes... PERIOD

I probably missed some of the bolds I was supposed to make but that should get the point across.... And that's basic for him... He has more complex shit than that.....

To make it clearer you should actually label the rhyme sounds (A-A, B-B, A-B, A-B) like you would when analyzing poetry. Lupe's rhyme schemes are pretty nice but nothin amazing. This is some shit:

    [Verse]
    I speak(A) through(B) music, I reach(A) you dudes(B)
We can get deeper(A) in the dirt than cleat(A) shoes(B)
    I refuse(B) to lose(B)
    I peep(A) you creeps(A) three(A) months in advance
    I SEE(A) RIGHT THROUGH(B) YA, JUDAS(B)!
    The man(C) that I am(C) and damn(C) you dont know(D)
The harder you go at me the harder I flow(D)
    Lets do this(B)
I'm just a mirror reflectin your image
The minute you switch up your face I pick up the pace
    There's nothin to it
    Pull hammers from my waist
We can clap at this amateur pace
    If that's what's crackin
Or we can play this on All Madden
Can you even fathom not havin a fear in the world
    I'm cool in my afterlife
If I'm readin these chapters right
Please what have you, I breeze through Matthews
Bleed if I have you, you cowards die a thousand deaths
Fake fucks face-down on your housin' steps
Are yall even gettin this message?
    I aint bein aggressive
But if you testin my life then, shit I gotta answer
Gotta cut off the cancer, young'n, pull your pants up
You gettin too big for ya britches
You fuckin wit a dude that did it wit digits
    Breathing's a privilege
Dont you know... when youre defeated?
Wont you throw? Throw in the towel
    I'm better with vowels
    I'm a man of principles; damn-near invincible
In my own mind now that my soul's aligned
I didnt know before now my role's defined:
Take hold and control what's mine
    COME AND GIT MEEEEEEE
Come and take my life, you comin wit me
Come and try to take me for granted
I'll take you off this planet
Dammit, man this is the gift from God
    This aint have to stand
'Til your arms are too short to box
    Plus we knuckle up unorthodox
You can't take me off my grind GET OFF MY COCK
    Whatchu thought? It's da ROC

I aint gonna do the whole thing, but you get the idea. That is prime example of an extremely complex and creative rhyme scheme.

that jay verse looks good on paper, but he had absolutely no flow with it. I like the lupe verse posted more. I dont think it was as lyrically complex, but it went with the beat and had flow.

Well ok, I strongly disagree, but you can't deny the creativity of that rhyme scheme, especially at the beginning.

hahahahaah i can just imagine this dirty ass wigger ''andthemc" aka OZ sitting at home in front of the 300 dollar DELL computer his mom's boyfriend bought him last christmas, spending all his time thoroughly focused on dissecting every single verse he's ever heard, coming up with all kinds of outlandish theories and formulas n shit
Time he could be spending courting members of the opposite sex, but he finds "lupe fiasco's secrets of rapping" to be much more fascinating than a nude, horny female.

Nas is the best at internals and alternating rhyme schemes.

Lupe does have a way with his words, but his flow is off... not that an alternating flow is bad, but it has to have rhythm and fit the track... Lupe is offbeat most of the time... and don't say, he's on that downbeat shit.

wow that isnt a dope scheme.. that is pretty simple if you ask me. Not to mention how whack the lyrics are.. wow i can go
yo im dope you a bitch dawg
    suck my cock you froggy
    hope that you awfully cope
    with the jogging and know
you cant know im the soggy
    etc..

that was shit i know but i just made it up

anyone can make one syllable parts of whole words rhyme with other ones... tis not hard to pick out certain sounds at all! thats like the new eminem.. garbage...
whether its him putting 2 simple sounds seperatethrough otu a bar to rhyme.. or the middle inner thing.. he still does it at a simple level.

    Whackness

you know where the only rhymes eminem have are the middle of the word where he emp asizes it... fucking garbage.
