So I eat donuts and ice cream and shit plus I run.
I run because it's good for my heart and shit and if I didn't run the donuts and shit would be fuckin up my heart.

ya he is probally doing a push press there is no way man 215 shoulder press free weight while sitting down and not using a smith machine? that is incredible and almost unbelieveable,
a standing push press maybe.

man 40 pounds is pretty good for bicep dumblells.
I can only curl 35 pounds before I start cheating.
if you want to work the biceps well do preacher curls they focus on the biceps but you wont be able to curl 40 on preacher trusth me its hard as hell, you would probally be doing 30 or 35 cause your mainly using your bicep and maybe 8 reps but it works.

and his shoulder press is normal in comparison to his benchpress...if he can bench 315 then he should be able to shoulder press 215....

40 lbs is weak lol especially if he can bench so much and shoulder press so much. what does he do, neglect his lower body and biceps in his workout routine or somethin?
40 lbs is good you idiots..if u curl 40 lbs for atleast 10 reps a 3 or 4 setts..

Not like I care. But my biceps should be a lil' stronger, I know that shit ain't weak or anythang but I am hoping to get up to 50 lb. dumbells sometime in the next 2 months.
