No it's not rnb. Sounds more Bone'ish with an element of Nate Dogg influence. Even Devin the Dude ain't rnb for me. I find Rnb more aimed at the ladies.

As for your question - the more multidisciplinary as an artist as you get it'll only benefit you in the long run. You've got a decent voice, but not sure if fitting for falling under the r&b category.
It depends how well you sing to be classified as a singer. You'll be in a category full of singers that can *sang*, and as a rapping who sings his lyrics you can pass, but if you claim to be a singer and you ain't hitting notes like them other niggas, you'll be in trouble for real.
