    Ra's 3rd verse on R.A.K.I.M.

Goddamn dude blacks out. One of the few OG's who's style translated well into modern hip hop. "The boulevard retires fraud's when I evolve. Try and rob my dialog...I am God." Nuff said.

    Pun's verse on John Blaze

Made me completely forget Chef and Nas's verses. Jada and Joe's verses...afterthoughts. And everybody came correct but Pun just killed it. Not his best technical verse to me (anything in Dream Shatterer is Pun at his best) but soooo memorable and entertaining.

    Eminem's verse on Fight Music

Made such a statement...song escalates in hypeness and Em's verse is the culmination. So much rawness and realness...

Phone's verse on Whatever You Say

He didn't rhyme, and flowed so fuckin cold you didn't notice until he said so. Brilliant.

That shit blew my mind away when I listened to it back in the day. Monch goes hard bananas with the flow and delivery.

I have so many, to switch shit up I'll pick Cee Lo's verse on Git Up, Git Out. That verse stuck on my mind for weeks.

Everybody had a dope verse, specially Dré & Big Boi, but Cee Lo just murked that song.

Jay's 2nd verse on can't knock the hustle because the wordplay is crazy

Pusha's verse on home sweet home

Lloyd's last verse on his workout freestyle because it was just vicious and his flow is crazy not mention the punchlines

Jadakiss's 2nd verse because its just so real and i find myself coming back to it this song was a gem on his album imo

can't decide which verse because they were both equally as good just a real song overall lyrics that will make you think

these are just the first that come to mind there are literally thousands more some that might even be better than these

    Poetic's verse on One Life

Poetic is really underrated, even in death... sometimes I think he was the real gem of Gravediggaz over the RZA

what a fucking song though, i still play this shit hard.

seriously, one of the most emotional fucking verses i've ever heard.

he out-shined last emperor's verse, and his verse was one of the finest constructed.

i don't want to knock my belief that this was poetic's final verse before he died, amazing.

Yeah, last Emp's verse is flawless and just the right level of philosophical, no slouch at all... but Poetic's verse is poetry from the other side. Some haunting, Edgar Allen Poe in the projects shit.

It creates a dynamic where like... Last Emp is eulogizing Poetic and wondering about how he's lived his own life and what the afterlife will be, the way someone's death makes you think... and then Poetic comes in to tell him to focus on life, not what might be after life, from the afterlife.

Esthero on the hook killed it too... and the beat. One of the greatest songs hip-hop will ever produce.

that's her name, i've always enjoyed that hook.

don't really like hooks like that generally, but this one fucking touches heavy.

Another one is André 3000's verse on Synthesizer, the delivery, the energy, the message, the flow, the lyricism. A lot of quotables, can't even pick just one.
