Besides the potential for detrimental health effects... Does consumption of alcohol 2-3 times a week (3-4 beers) rid the system of Creatine? I've read quite a bit about what alcohol does to protein synthesis and the muscles... and also it's effect on vitamins and minerals beings shuttled out of the system -> urination. I'm wondering if there has ever been a definitive study done that proves that all of this urination 'cleanses' you of your Creatine? In that case does moderate drinking make it pointless to supplement with Creatine?
