That's a hard question to answer... "Who is the better gangtsa?" ... Cane is right to a point... Pesci's gangsta roles are extremely similar. I think Pacino is more diverse with his gangsta roles, he has played many different types of gangstaz, all superbly. But Pesci's gangsta is the one I'd be more scared of because he's a more cut-throat type of gangsta.... So who's the betta gangsta? Probably the one I'd be more scared of, & that's Pesci… But who’s the better actor? I’d have to say Pacino… Although, Pesci is pretty diverse flipping the drama and comedy.

joe pesci is in casino and goodfellas. besides a few b movies, what else?

casino is probably my favorite movie, but pacino has sooo many classic roles that this isn't even a thinker. pesci's mostly in comedies.

[teet] When I think of Pesci the 1st thing that pops in my mind is him intimidating Ray Liotta at the table in Goodfellas... "What am I clown? Do I amuse U?", him stabbin that dude in the neck and fuckin his friend's wife in Casino, him dying in With Honors, him coming into court looking like some Jersey goon in My Cousin Vinny, him playing basketball in The Super with 'The Milkman', & him in Leathal Weapon 4 going "Ok, ok, ok-Ok".

  8. Pesci...all you really have to do is think about it...

that scene in Goodfellas when they are admiring his moms painting and it looks like the guy they have stuffed in the trunk...lol shit is too funny...then he borrows a kitchen knife!

    Pesci is a gangster.

    Pacino is a businessman.

    Pacino is better.

    pesci's got that voice

but pacino is like quiet-killer status, he's the behind-the-scens type boss

    vote - pacino

In terms of their performances as gangster characters id choose pacino simply because he has played a wider range of roles in that field.

im a have to go with pesci in this also.. its really hard to say though because its really all about the role.. you have to act within the charachters personality.. but I chose pesci because hes a straight up maniac in his movies.. when I watch a pesci characther I think "damn I wouldnt want to fuck with that guy" however I dont get the same feeling when I watch a pacino gangster on screen

he portrays a psycho better than pacino does I feel

the charachter that pesci played in casino was legendary as far as gangsters go

damn i cant believe I traded that movie in.. what was I thinking

    Pesci is more hand-on psycho.

    Pacino is smoother.
