iight, so .. Ive been hooking up with chick, she's probably the most beautiful girl i've been with, But ive seen her past relationships. They're all like, extremely built guys. Big muscles, thicker (as in weight) and shit. And i look at myself, shit's not exactly .. appealing. i mean, i got a toned stomach, but im sure thats through the lack of weight. because i do no exercising. im currently @ 72 Kilo's .. i dont know what that is in Lbs. but im deffinatly interested in building myself up weight AND muscle, What would be the best way to go about this.
