    iight, so ..
    Ive been hooking up with chick, she's probably the most beautiful girl i've been with,

    But ive seen her past relationships.
    They're all like, extremely built guys.
    Big muscles, thicker (as in weight) and shit.

    And i look at myself, shit's not exactly .. appealing.
    i mean, i got a toned stomach, but im sure thats through the lack of weight.
    because i do no exercising.

    im currently @ 72 Kilo's .. i dont know what that is in Lbs.
    but im deffinatly interested in building myself up

    weight AND muscle,
    What would be the best way to go about this.

    At least for starting out you should start with compound lifts. Compound exercises are a lift that work multiple muscles and therefore help stimulate HGH production and create mass.

    Compound lifts:
    Bench Press
    Dead lift
    Pull ups (weighted if possible)
    Dips (weighted if possible)
    Barbell clean and press

    I'd say go for 2 or 3 days a week and do full body routines(working both upper and lower). A good routine for a beginner is 5 sets of 5 reps. You'll want to go for high weight but start slowly and ease into upping your weight so you don't injure yourself or overtrain.

    So it may look something like this, Monday-Bench press, squats, and dips. Tues- Off. Wednesday-Dead lifts, pull ups, clean and press. Thursday off. Friday-Bench, squat, deadlift. Sat and Sun-off

    It all depends on how your body responds, mix your routine up every few weeks to keep your body guessing.

    Nutritionally, up your calorie intake tremendously, at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, probably double that for carbs, and eat good fats(unsaturated, monounsaturated).
