Hello Guys, I'm looking for some feedback on my workout and supplement choices I'm going to be doing at least a half hour of high intensity cardio about 5 days a week. (3 days in the after noon and 2 days in the morning). My week would look like this Monday - half an hour of cardio in the morning - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Tuesday (gym day) - focus on triceps, back and lower abs - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Wednesday - Half an hour of cardio in the morning - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Thursday (gym day) - focus on biceps, chest and upper abs - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Friday - half an hour of intense cardio in the morning - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Saturday (gym day) - focus on traps/shoulders, legs and both upper and lower abs - 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups in late evening Sunday - nothing. Usually take this day for complete rest. Now each day I take Hydroxycut 3 times a day as it tells me to do, I do those 100 pushups around 8 or 9 about an hour after my last meal of the day and right before I shower. On gym days I have a protein shake right after my workout and on days where I don't get to go to the gym I drink Muscle Milk after I shower and maybe 20 minutes after those 100 "Perfect Pushup" Pushups. But since my pockets are tight right now (shouldn't be after I get the first check from my new job this week) I usually drink half of the Muscle Milk one non workout day and then another half the next nonworkout day. My diet? Breakfast is usually egg whites and a Subway sandwich (around 340 calories), a Nutriment or a cereal like Cherios (I think around 140-180 cals. Cant remember). The a low fat yogurt between that and lunch. For lunch is usually a sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, then a nutrigrain bar between that and dinner which would usually be some kind of rice and poultry. My portions are small and i try to keep something in my stomach without eating to "fullness". Pre-workout I usually have something very light like an apple and some kind of healthy bar (usually another nutrigrain or something like that.) Do you guys have any advice on how to improve any of this? This is my first week sticking to this regimine and I'd like to know if you guys see any plot holes in it I need to pay attention to. Also, I'd really appreciate if you could help me choose when to take the Muscle Milk as I've been hearing different things. Today's my first day on Hydroxycut and I feel a lil wierd cuz its a metabolism-altering thing but other than that I feel pretty good. Its prolli my imagination but I look slightly better today too. I also stay hydrated drinking about 80 oz of water a day like Hydroxycut advices. My overall goal is to drop bodyfat, develop cuts and build mass in my chest and arms especially, and get visible abs.
