    I like to give myself somthing different.


    strick ass diet week in week out gets real repetitive.


    I like to reward myself at the end of the week, or on the weekend whem I'm not training somthing I wouldn't normally eat... nothing TOO fatty. and VERY in moderation.

    but, like, maybe I'll eat a cookie or two on saturday for the hell of it.. or kill some buffalo wings with a bit of ranch sauce.. fuck, I earn it.
