so tonight i ran again and surprisingly felt like I ran the soreness out of my legs, they feel a ton looser now even tho still sore. i did 10 minutes instead this time. I don't really test myself on mile times. for instance when I was a senior in high school I ran my final mile at 8:12 at around 186 lbs, which isn't bad seeing as my freshman year mile was around 12 minutes when I was at about 190 and out of shape so I just gotta put more effort in my cardio game... i haven't had a problem the last 3 weight lifting days running the mile first.. yeah I been not smoking... over a month now.. not weed tho, I just got some flame ass greenery. but I smoke pretty casually and in small doses.
