    i just bought some steak today...and chicken and some mixed vegetables....

    i use adobo (goya s.pice).... a little sodium wont hurt... george foreman grill = best invention..

    im just now starting a more strict diet...

    I like that adobo filipino chicken it taste good they put leafs in it.


    I dont recommend eating steak more then 2 times a month!

    I have a secret marination I use

    I use garlic and onion powder on the steak...dont ever sprinkly salt and pepper directly on the steak cause it makes it tough fast....what you do is sprinkly one side of the steak with onion powder, and then sprinkle the other side with garlic or onion powder then put your steak pepper on top of that and flip it and repeat on the other side let it marinate in the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour and then cook on the grill for 7 minutes each side....

    then bam eat that with some brown rice and asparagus or greens and its delish.

    well you can eat steak but it has to be a lean mufucking cut...and you cant put all that marination on it...cause it will clog your arteries fast.

    I always say 2 steaks a month is good cause I love my steak to taste nice and juicy and very salty or ••••ey...cant stand lean un marinated steak if you know what i mean.

    but if your gonna sacrificed taste then go ahead and use that george foreman grill and only sprink a light onion or garlic powder on it...

    I perfer the juicy grilled steak....cause if you want lean healthy meat then just eat chicken everyday baked not fried...it had tons of protien.

    by the way what type of cut did you get?rib eye, sirloin, porterhouse etc?

    thanks! I was wondering what those leaves were lol I used to think they just plucked them from the tree outside haha.

    I just watched that one again lol he cuts his steak like all sloppy...plus did you notice after he puts the steak in the foreman G he said you gotta drink gallons of water! and then he grabbed a bottle of some brown looking soy sauce in an watter bottle? wtf lol dude is drinking some soy sauce or brow water?
