    LOL... especially with the co-opting of the word "trill"... but like I said before, regionalism is dead in hip hop... it's world-wide now... there's so much cross-pollination going on, everything's blending together.

    Yeah, this song and video are definitely paying homage to the '90s styles... ie., the whole art design of the video, the clothes, the 40 oz's, the old school flip phone, etc... dozens of rap videos were like that from '94-'97.
