    Ok...
    -------------------------------------------
    Pro-Duece

You sit by the window, alone in your appartment in a big city.
Weather outside is rainy and dark, barely anyone outside.
Describe how this weather and whats outside reflects your mood and current events in your life.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sometimes they say rainy days are miracles, or movie weather too
but forget gifts or flicks, I'd give it all up to be removed from this gloom I'm tethered to
this precipitations a razorblade feather doom, tickling until my blood is trickling
watching the puddles thickening through my window mourning all the simple things
this Sunday morning the drizzle binged, becoming a rancor downpour
turning the days name ironic, each raindrop splash making both my faith and the ground sore
plauged by the sounds of Gods tears gracing my window sill, but between strikes of lightning
I see a lonely soul outside, and he looks just like me...damn I think it might be
hes fighting, trying to coax a hit out of this tightly packed pipe dream
his daze was hazed still he tried to sing his days away, until the winds of the night screamed
and like steam his temper rose, raking ember coals through his mental December snows
yet even though flakes werent falling outside...within they fell, melted, and helped his death erode
owning more than a gentle hold on the ebb of soul sunshine squandered
aspiring to be a father, a far cry from the life of a one time daughter marauder
with a crooked posture, this small offer author penned his spirit into my vision
and crafted my eyesight into the symmetry of falling fluid with a minimal incision
I'm centered on the wisdom that when the rain dries, the eyes do also
so I'm biding mind as well as time to find out if if I've placed my faith in false hopes.

I sit by my window, clutch my pillow, and tears flow
Got in some trouble, ducked a rumble, so I lay low
But I put myself here, this is my situation
I masqueraded, my image faded, now this choice im facin
But I can’t think a thought, raindrops pound my windowsill
When grey clouds are brought, my mind goes from stun to kill
So I’ll put down the razor, cuts don’t work for this Caucasian
Something much more drastic, just calls for this occasion
I name rain my inspiration, the darkness just speaks to me
Fuck getting a degree, and hiding these feelings in secrecy
Im telling the hole world how I feel, I’ll make the front page
Headlines will say, “ Boy jumps from building, in a fit of rage”
No one feels my pain, except maybe for the rain
Lives a short life, then shatters, and flows through a drain
    Then Travels in sewers
There isn’t much more to explain
But im not one to complain, just look at those people
Not a care in the world, only fear of becoming feeble
We’ll this looks like the end, the final curtain call
Oh and don’t worry about me, the concrete will break my fall *jumps

    *Watching across the building *
No don’t do it, damn, he jumped it’s too late
Enraged by hate, lord knows I can relate
I’ve sat by this window, in my 60floor complex
Watching all this craziness, mixed with mad nonsense
This world is filled with hate, I know it to be true
I watch it day by day, from my window, a

krisp's story was just as tight as judge's... but judges way of wording his story was so much more poetic, lyrically abstract, and pleasurable to read. while both verses could use some polishing and refining, krisps wordplay was pretty cut and dry....
    while;

is probably the best stanze i read. it just hit me when i read it.

wow this is a tough choice to me because...my first intrest at rm was poetry and open mics rather then anything else..so judge's style really appeals to me poetry wise...

    (obviously he from the realm..)

anyways the flow story line and such kinda suffered because of it... it didnt read well

krisp had a less beautifull effort but it worked better in my opinion...so balancin what I think to what I feel...I call it draw...sorry peopless...

Okay - This was a pretty even matchup from what I can see.

Judge - You had some nice imagery, and some really nice references. The rains picked up, and the day turned hectic. That was really good metaphor and imagery. You stayed with a nice story and also had a nice ending, when you questioned your life or however you'd like to put it. Your flow was horrid though to be honest, and that brought it down a little.

Krisp - Decent story line, but it went much too fast into it. Started off nicely, and slow - but then you sped up too fast, which left holes in your story. Flow was nice, and you had some nice in-bar rhyming. Imagery couldn't used a little more work. I said you had a decent storyline, but it wasn't really a story line. You just explained how the pain, rain, and hate was inspiration.

    Vote - Judge

    Flow Goes to Krisp, easily
    Imagery - Judge
    Content - Judge
    Storyline - Judge

Wasn't too much of a blowout, but Judge got this easily.

    my opinions...
flow was pretty even after i re-read both verses... just the way ya'll centered 'em made it a lil hard to read at first.
overall story definately goes to judge... liked what he did here with his words... this was a "beautifully painted" piece...
krisp's verse was aight, but especially since they both did the same topic it's much easier for me to pick which one i fealt was better, and just the way he said what he said,
